Body of missing realtor traced

Staff Reporter

GUNTUR: The mystery over the disappearance of Viyyala Sambasiva Rao, a Hyderabad-based realtor, was unravelled on Tuesday after the Guntur Railway Police found his body lying on the track near Nadikudi railway junction. He had earlier served as a doctor at the Charlapalli Central Prison in Hyderabad for two years and was transferred to a Government Hospital at Malkajgiri in 2006.

The highly decomposed body was traced on a track between Dachepalli and Tummacheruvu railway stations late on Monday night by locals who in turn passed the information to the railway police. The police summoned Dr. Rao’s wife, Vijaya Lakshmi and his elder brother Venkateswarulu, who identified the body.
