Protests against ‘forcible discharge’

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) general secretary Joseph Vazhakkan on Tuesday strongly protested against the ‘forcible discharge’ of the injured Youth Congress leaders from medical college hospital and sending them back to the sub jail. In a statement here, Mr. Vazhakkan said that the leaders, who had been injured in the police action during an agitation in front of the State secretariat, had been discharged from hospital even before they had fully recovered.
