Market panel chief feels let down

VISAKHAPATNAM: Agriculture Market Committee Chairman Gunturu Narasimha Murthy expressed dissatisfaction at the attitude of the City and District Congress leaders in not inviting him to crucial party meetings and media conferences.

Addressing a media conference here on Tuesday, he said that party MLAs Dronamraju Srinivas and Gandi Babji have been ignoring him since he took over as Chairman of the Visakhapatnam Market Committee one year ago. He said that he was not invited for the media conference held to announce the birthday bash of the Chief Minister nor was he invited for the celebrations. The same was the case when the Congress Party celebrated the completion of four-year rule by Dr. Rajasekhara Reddy.
