Two women killed in road accident

Sangareddy: Two women were killed and another 40 persons were injured in a road accident near Kistapur of Kolcharam mandal on the Narsapur-Medak road on Wednesday. According to the police, 50 persons were returning from Medak in a truck after attending a post-mortem of their relative who died in Variguntam on Tuesday. The truck driver, who was allegedly driving at break-neck speed, lost control and hit a tree. Pochamma and Buchamma of Mambojipalli died on the spot. – Staff Reporter
