Power shutdown

PUDUCHERRY: A total of five areas including parts of Cuddalore Road and Mudaliarpet would experience power interruption on Friday from 10 a.m. to 1.30 p.m., owing to construction work at the Marapalam substation in the town.

According to a release issued by the Electricity Department, both old and new Anglo-French Textile Mills, Swadeshi Cotton Mill and J.V.S. Nagar would also go without power during this period. — Special Correspondent
