dated July 11, 1958: Nuclear tests detection

Atomic experts on July 9 held their seventh meeting in Geneva on nuclear tests detection. Scientists from Britain, the United States, France, Canada, the Soviet Union, Czechoslovakia and Poland were continuing highly technical discussions on how to verify test explosions. The acoustic method of detection andthe method of identifying through the collection of radio-active products were discussed.
