AP seeks power from Kayamkulam

HYDERABAD: In a fresh bid to tide over the power shortage, the State government has sought a share from the power generated from the naphtha-based 365 MW capacity power station at Kayamkulam in Kerala. It sought the share in line with the present ratio followed in distributing output obtained at Central stations among the four southern States, said Energy Minister Mohd. Ali Shabbir here on Thursday.
