Rajahmundry: The Telugu Desam Party on Friday conducted dharnas in front of AP Transco offices in the district, protesting against undeclared power cut in urban as well as rural areas. Most of the Transco offices were detained by the farmers at the behest of the TDP leaders. In Rajahmundry, TDP leader P.
