All-round performance by Khagaraj

BANGALORE: Divith Khagaraj came up with an all-round performance in Clarence HS, Fraser Town’s four wicket win over Sarla Birla Academy in the league stage of the Boost Cricket Cup inter school tournament for under-16 here on Friday. Divith took three for 17 as Sarla Birla was bowled out for a paltry 108 in 23.4 overs. He then scored 36 to help his team achieve the target with four wickets to spare.

Chinmaya Vidyalaya had mixed fortunes. While its Kolar unit lost to Little Flower Public School by five wickets, Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bangalore registered a 53-run victory over Nagasena Vidyalaya with Varun Urs (three for eight) causing all the damage.

The scores: Sarala Birla Academy 108 in 23.4 overs (Varun Rao 41, Zohair Shad three for 10, Divith Khagaraj three for 17) lost to Clarence HS, Fraser Town 109 for six in 24.4 overs (Divith Khagaraj 36, Guru three for 13).

New Baldwins International School 142 in 30 overs lost to Vivekananda Education Centre 143 for 7 in 27 overs (Karthik 31).

The Oxford English School 135 for eight in 30 overs (S. Subramanya 36) lost to Mother Mary English School 137 for six in 24 overs (Murali 53, Charan 34).

V.E.T. High School 157 for three in 30 overs (Sharath 63, J. Shreyas 50 n.o) lost to Clarence Public School, JP Nagar 158 for six in 24.4 overs (Narayan 57).

Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Kolar 114 in 26.4 overs (Bharath Gowda 40, Rajath three for 23, M.R. Sachin three for 16) lost to Little Flower Public School 118 for five in 18.3 overs (Shreyas 62 n.o., M.R. Sachin three for 34).

Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bangalore 136 for nine in 30 overs bt Nagasena Vidyalaya 83 in 23.2 overs (Varun Urs three for eight).

Embassy Public School 139 in 27 overs lost to BNM High School 140 for one in 18 overs (Satish 83 n.o.).

Sudarshan Vidyamandir (ICSE) 47 in 11.1 overs (Athique four for nine, B. Sachin four for 11) lost to MES Kishore Kendra 48 for two in 7.2 overs.
