Sai Samhitha bags a double
NEYVELI: Sai Samhitha completed a double, winning the girls’ under-14 singles title and the under-16 doubles, in the NLC-LCC AITA (Championship Series) tennis tournament here on Friday.
The results (finals):
Boys u-14: Manish Kumar bt R. Sharad 6-3, 6-2. Boys u-16 doubles: Nikhil Reddy & S. Karan bt Sabareesh Hariharan & H.M. Yunus 6-3, 3-6, 10-7.
Girls u-14: Sai Samhitha bt Spurthi Mallampatti 2-6, 6-2 6-3; Girls u-16: Sanjana M. Kumar bt Neena Reddy 6-4, 6-3; Sai Samhitha & R. Bhuvana bt Spurthi Mallampatti & M. Pattare 6-4, 2-6, 10-8.
