Rs. 36 lakh stolen from realtor’s car

BANGALORE: A realtor lost Rs. 36 lakh on Friday afternoon when some persons stole the money that was kept in his car.

The police identified the victim as Pranab, a realtor who lost his money in Koramangala fourth stage. It is learnt that Pranab first went to ICICI Bank and withdrew some money. The police said that later he went to Dhanalakshmi Bank in Koramangala IV stage to withdraw some more money while he had left behind the briefcase containing cash in the car.

Mr. Pranab, who was accompanied by a friend, on his return from Dhanalakshmi Bank, found his bag to be missing. The police said that the thieves had opened the car door and gained entry inside the car. The Koramangala police have registered a case in this connection.
