Chinese eatery opened

BHUBANESWAR: Speciality Restaurants Private Limited (SPRL) said it was eyeing at setting up 57 more restaurants across the country taking the total to 100 within next 18 months.

Interacting with media on occasion opening of Haka, the latest brand in the SPRL chain of restaurants, at the heart of the city here on Friday, Rajesh Dubey, the Group Executive Chief, said the company was also planning to come up with four more restaurants in Orissa.

He said at present the group had 43 restaurants across the country. In the financial year 2007-08, the turnover of the group was Rs. 120 crore, which could go up to Rs. 150 crore by the end of this fiscal, Mr. Dubey said.

Pointing out that Haka had come up with new age Chinese cuisine of the modern, fast paced Hong Kong and Sanghai, be said lively menu comprising of dishes such as chicken sautee with peanut sauce, crispy fish with chilli flakes and pepper, spicy crab meat soup, tangy fish with pineapple and fire-cracker lamb.
