Sangrur: The Police resorted to cane charge on Saturday to disperse a mob that laid a siege of a nursing home here protesting the death of a woman allegedly due to negligence in her treatment by doctors. Relatives of Neeru Goel, accompanied by a large number of people, gheraoed the fifty-bedded nursing home already in controversy following the death of another woman a few months back allegedly due to negligence in treatment.
