Bijapur: City Municipal Council Commissioner S.B. Kattimani has urged people to pay their water bills and property tax within a week to avoid penalty. In a press release, he said once the deadline expired, a penalty of two per cent would be charged on property tax and six per cent on water bills. — Staff Correspondent
