Cockroaches found in Shatabdi food

New Delhi/Chandigarh: Passengers were shocked when they found cockroaches in the breakfast which was served on Amritsar-Delhi Shatabdi Express on Saturday.

“The breakfast was served to us when the train (2014) arrived in Ludhiana on its way to Delhi. To my shock, when I was eating the bread and cutlet, I saw cockroaches all over the pack,” Tarun Soni, a passenger travelling on the train from Amritsar, said. He returned the first food packet, but found more cockroaches in another pack.

Another passenger, Manjit Grewal, said, “When I started eating, I found tiny cockroaches in the breakfast. I am a regular traveller in this train, which seems to have become like a passenger train.” –PTI
