Nod for subsidiary

New Delhi: State-run Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. On Saturday said that its board of directors have approved the setting up of a wholly-owned subsidiary company for Independent Power System Operation.

This operation of national and regional load dispatch centres would fall under the purview of this subsidiary company.
