NEW DELHI: Indira Gandhi National Open University and Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers are organising a joint seminar on “Distance Education in Bharat Nirman” here in the Capital on July 18. This is subsequent to a memorandum of understanding signed by IGNOU and IETE to conduct training programmes for skill upgradation and to prepare course modules for certification of human resources. IGNOU Vice-Chancellor Prof. V.N. Rajasekharan Pillai and Indraprastha University Vice-Chancellor Prof. K.K. Aggarwal will also attend the seminar.
