GULBARGA: The last date for submitting applications for participating in the Cyber Olmpiad, organised by the Unified Council, scheduled to be held on September 12 has been extended up to August 20. Regional Coordinator of the Unified Council Dattatraya N. Trimuke said here on Sunday that the Unified Cyber Olympiad would be held across the country with the aim of streamlining computer education, instilling competitiveness in computer education, identifying talent and assessing students on a nationwide platform and exposing the students to the latest technology and study in computers. He said that the students studying from 3rd standard to 10th standard were eligible to participate in the Olympiad and the 50-mark examination would divided to test the students mental ability, reasoning, computer and English. The Unified Council would also provide students the cyber diagnostic report providing subject wise, skill wise performance graphical representation, overall ranking in the national level, group highest market and group average mark.
