Sporting posts win

KOLKATA: Mohammedan Sporting defeated Railway FC 3-1 to open its campaign in style in the premier division of the Sahara Calcutta Football League on Sunday. Sporting took the lead through an own goal by Railway outfit’s Abhijit Dutta. Theodore Sunday Wrobeh and Lalchuluama made it 3-0. Suraj Mondal reduced the margin for Railway FC.
