One killed in terrace collapse

VILLUPURAM: One person died and four others sustained injuries when the terrace of a building under construction at Vairampettai in Mailam block collapsed on Monday. The police said when the terrace was being laid, house owner Kesavan’s relative R. Ponnusamy was standing on the wall and supervising the work. Suddenly the terrace caved in.
