Engineering college set up for women

Kakinada: Lakshmi Education Society (LES) has set up an engineering college exclusively for women, 10km from Kakinada on way to Yanam.

Admissions will be made during the EAMCET counselling, according to a press release by society president V. Sandhya and correspondent V. Sitarama Raju.

The college got 300 seats sanctioned -- 90 each for ECE, CSE and IT courses and 30 for EEE. Hostel facility is provided. Dtails can be had over Nos. 0884-2300239 / 2300240.
