SRF to acquire South African company


NEW DELHI: SRF on Monday signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of the belting fabrics business of Industex Technical Textiles (Pty) Ltd. of South Africa. The acquisition will cost about Rs. 20 crore, including working capital, said Ashish Bharat Ram, Managing Director, SRF.
