HPCL, Chhattisgarh Govt. to set up JV

NEW DELHI: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) on Monday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Chhattisgarh Government and the Chhattisgarh Renewable Energy Development Agency (CREDA) for the formation of a joint venture company to undertake Jatropha plantation on 15,000 plus hectares in the State. HPCL will hold equity of 74 per cent and the balance by CREDA. — Special Correspondent
