CUTTACK: Justice A.K. Samantray, a former judge of Orissa High Court would be the new president of Orissa State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, the State Director of Consumer Affairs Sibabrata Das confirmed about the new appointment on Tuesday. “The notification of Justice Samantaray’s appointment will come out shortly”, he added.
