Probe ordered into escape of students

Kakinada: District Collector Gopalakrishna Dwivedi ordered an inquiry into the escape of 74 students from the AP Social Welfare Residential Junior College in Rowthulapudi mandal on Monday, by Peddapuram RDO Nataraj. He also suspended the principal and three teachers for their failure to discipline the students. The students fled following an attack by Intermediate students. - Staff Reporter
