HELP AT HAND: Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit opened the ninth “Aap Ki Rasoi” community kitchen centre at R Block in Mangolpuri on Tuesday. It will ensure at least one free daily meal to the homeless, poor and destitutes in the area.
