Directive to register with welfare fund
Thiruvananthapuram: Owners of shops and commercial establishments, those working there and self-employed persons in the area should register with the Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishments Workers Welfare Fund Board in the prescribed form before July 31.They can contact the Assistant Labour Officers concerned or the District Executive Officers of the Welfare Fund for the purpose.
Workers and employers should remit Rs.20 each per month and self-employed persons Rs.40 each per month as their share to the fund. — Special Correspondent
