Village tense

TUMKUR: There was tension at Hagalakunte village, near here, on Tuesday, following the death of a man.

The police said Paramesha (40) was found dead and it was suspected that he was murdered by a group of people who had enmity towards him. The police said as the news spread, people started arriving at the village from other parts of the district and that caused tension.

The police forces were rushed to the village. The situation was said to be under control. Deputy Commissioner C. Somasekhara and Superintendent of Police Harsha P.S., visited the village.
