DEHRA DUN: The Government has suspended the Vice-Chancellor of Uttarakhand Open University, S.S. Hassan, along with the Finance Officer, Mahadev Prasad, for alleged financial irregularities. The irregularities were detected during an audit conducted by the Director of Treasuries, a spokesman said.
