V-Guard pays 25 p.c. dividend

KOCHI: V-Guard Industries, electronic and electrical manufacturer, has announced 25 per cent dividend for 2007-08.

This is in addition to the interim dividend of 40 per cent paid by the company in August 2007. The audited financial results of the company for the year 2007-08 were adopted at the annual general meeting.

The company posted Rs.374.23 million as profit after tax, compared to Rs.182.39 million in the previous year. The company generated record revenue and record earnings in 2007-08, said managing director Kochouseph Chittilappilly.
