KADAPA: As many as 1,500 Panchayat Raj Ministerial employees went on mass casual leave in Kadapa district on Wednesday and took out a rally to the Collectorate demanding that the government concede their demands. Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy assured in April 2007 to ensure payment of salaries of Zilla Parishad and Mandal Parishad employees, but till date the promise has not been fulfilled, Panchayat Raj Services Association president C.
