Action against non-payment of bills

Bhubaneswar: Worried over non-payment of electricity bills by different government offices in the State, the Orissa Government on Wednesday decided to stop paying salaries of the officers responsible for the delay. “Though there is a standing order from the Finance Department to clear electricity dues regularly, some offices are found to be defaulters,”

State Energy Minister S.N. Patro said.
