Migrant worker shot dead in Imphal

IMPHAL: A migrant worker was shot dead at his house here on Tuesday night. No arrest has been made. The worker from Bihar was a carpenter.

In another incident, police commandos and personnel of 11 Maratha Light Infantry shot dead two suspected militants in an encounter.

The police said one revolver with three rounds of ammunition and one handgrenade were recovered.
