Surrender first, court tells Ketan Parekh

NEW DELHI: The former stock broker, Ketan Parekh, involved in the Canara Bank scam, has moved the Supreme Court seeking protection from arrest. Rejecting his appeal, the court asked him to surrender and then seek bail.
