Execution of Rajiv Gruhakalpa sought

HYDERABAD: The State wing of the BJP demanded that the government immediately execute the Rajiv Gruhakalpa scheme in twin cities.

The Rajiv Gruhakalpa scheme was launched in 2005 in twin cities and over 52, 000 applicants had applied for allotment of houses under the scheme by paying Rs. 1, 000. Till date there was no information about construction of houses under the scheme, said BJP State convenor S. Subhash Chander Mudiraj, in a release here on Wednesday. Of the 52, 000 applicants, over 6000 were asked to pay to Rs. 11, 000. A memo was also presented to Hyderabad Collector Navin Mittal.
