Southern Command-I to the fore

HYDERABAD: It was Southern Command-I to the fore after eight races in the Laser Radial and Enterprise sections of the DGEME Trophy sailing championships at the Hussain Sagar here on Wednesday.

The results:

Laser Radial: Race 6: 1. Rajesh Chaudhury (Southern Command-I) 2. D.P. Selvam (SW, Colaba) 3. Rajesh (3 EME Centre, Bhopal).

Race 7: 1. Rajesh Chaudhury (SC-I) 2. Rajesh (3 EME ) 3. B.K. Rout (SC-II).

Race 8: 1. B.K. Rout (SC-II) 2. Mahapatra (3 EME) 3. Rajesh (3 EME).

Enterprise: Race 6: 1. Ashish Patel/Sharif Khan (3 EME) 2. Narender/S.R. Rout (SC-I) 3. Satish Kumar/Major Choudhary (MCEME).
