Modi visits GSPC

Kakinada: Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi visited the Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation’s (GSPC) off- shore gas terminal at Gadimoga village on Thursday.

He reached Rajahmundry airport at around 9.30 a.m. by a special flight along with three of his Cabinet colleagues and headed to the GSPC’s oil rig in a helicopter. Mr. Modi reviewed the GSPC project activity in a two-hour meeting along with his ministerial colleagues and top bureaucrats of his State and took stock of the situation wherein the RIL, which has also struck gas in the K-G basin, is gearing up to launch commercial supplies.
