Student council office-bearers installed

Nagercoil: The installation ceremony of the student council and the inauguration of all associations, clubs and committees were held recently at Holy Cross College in Nagercoil.
The new members of the student council are Agnes Steffi - president, Anubala - vice president, Shama - secretary and Chandrelkha - joint secretary.
Pushpam Irudhayam, Provincial, Madurai Province and president of the college, was the chief guest.
The meeting began with the lightning of a kuthuvilakku. The report of the business meeting held in all associations was read as also the activities of clubs and committees. The principal of college administered the oath to the office-bearers. This was followed by the singing of the college anthem.
