Air passenger detained

A Correspondent

Nedumbassery: A person, who had been flying between Kerala and Oman , allegedly using a fake passport, was detained at the Cochin International Airport by the immigration officials on Wednesday.

The person, identified as Gireesan (32) from Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, arrived here by an Air India flight from Al-Ain, at 6.30 p.m.
