Woman murdered

SIRSI: Ganga Mahabaleshwar Bhat (46), anganwadi worker residing at Udyamanagar Extension in Yellapur, was allegedly raped and murdered on Thursday.

Her husband Mahabaleshwar Bhat was away from home when the incident occurred. When he returned home at night, he found his wife murdered. Investigation is on.
