J&K Chief Justice to be shifted

New Delhi: The Supreme Court Collegium of Judges, headed by Chief Justice K.G. Balakrishnan, has recommended the shifting of Jammu and Kashmir High Court Chief Justice K.S. Radhakrishnan to the Gujarat High Court as its Chief Justice.

The seniormost judge of the Delhi High Court, T.S. Thakur, is being elevated as Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Justice Manmohan Sarin of the Delhi High Court is being elevated as Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court.
