Sitamarhi: An FIR was registered on Friday against four Bihar Government employees on the charge of defalcation of Rs. 3.85 crore meant for rural development projects under Parihar block in Sitamarhi district, official sources said. The Block Development Officer (BDO), Parihar, filed the FIR in the Parihar police station after an inquiry ordered by the District Magistrate Vijay Kumar confirmed the allegation, sources said. Head clerk Ganesh Ram, Nazir Shankar Mahato, the then clerks Tulsi Nath and Arun Kumar Choudhary, were named in the case. -- PTI
