Philips patient monitors launched

HYDERABAD: Royal Philips Electronics has announced the launch of a series of new portable, compact patient monitors. The newly launched Philips SureSigns VM3 is designed specially for the emerging markets. Anjan Bose, Senior Director and Business Head, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal, Philips Healthcare India, said at a press conference here on Wednesday that the SureSigns VM3 would combine advanced software and technology in compact package and offer ECG, respiration and pulse monitoring capability. — Special Correspondent
