Talcher: Former minister A.P. Singh passed away at his residence in Angul on Friday, following prolonged ailment, his family said. He was 74. Singh was elected to the State Assembly four times and was also the Minister of Forest and Environment and Cooperation. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and other ministers condoled his death.
