BHUBANESWAR: The State Government on Saturday appointed new Collectors in six districts. The notable of the transfers was that of Jamil Ahmed Khan, Collector of Dhenkanal. While transferring Mr. Khan, the Government appointed Nuapada District Collector Mrinalini Darswal for Dhenkanal. Mr. Khan, however, was not given any posting immediately. He was likely to be given appointment soon, sources said. Bishnu Prasad Panda, Additional Secretary, Forest & Environment Department, was appointed District Collector of Nuapada. Harihar Panigrahi, at present District Magistrate & Collector of Bargarh was appointed Additional Secretary to Government, Forest & Environment Department in place of Mr. Panda.
