PALAKAKAD: Kerala Congress(B) chairman R. Balakrishna Pillai has urged the Kerala Congress(J) Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) Francis George to vote for the Congress in the confidence motion coming up in Lok Sabha “if the KC(J) wants to enter the United Democratic Front (UDF) in Kerala.” Inaugurating a two-day workshop of the Kerala Congress(B) here on Saturday, Mr. Pillai said that “if the Kerala Congress(J) voted with the Left parties against the Congress in Parliament, the chances of its entry into the UDF will be over.” The Kerala Congress (Joseph) is a constituent of the Left Democratic Front (LDF) in Kerala and the party is learnt to have decided to vote against the Congress in the confidence motion.
