LDF hartal in two districts

MALAPPURAM: The Left Democratic Front (LDF) has called for a hartal in Malappuram and Kozhikode districts on Sunday to protest against the death of James Augustine, headmaster of ALP School, Valillapuzha, following a clash with Muslim Youth League workers. Essential services like milk, hospital, and newspaper have been exempted from the dawn-to-dusk hartal, said a statement by the CPI(M) here on Saturday.
