Thiruvananthapuram: The government has decided to give one more opportunity to furnish correct information to those who did not get admission to Plus One courses under the single-window system because they provided wrong information in the application form and did not make use of the opportunities to correct it. They should collect fresh application forms from the selected nodal schools, fill it and submit it in the same school. These applications, to be received till July 23, will be considered along with that of the students who passed the SAY (Save A Year) examination. If the wrong information was owing to error in data entry, they will be provided admission in the school to which they were eligible to get admission after the third allotment. Students who have sought bonus mark for their participation in Scouts and Guides activities should furnish proof of it by way of certificates. The Higher Secondary Director has asked principals to provide admission to them on the basis of it. The students who have admitted to Plus One classes under the single-window system can join classes till 5 p.m. on July 22. The Director of Higher Secondary Education said here on Saturday that principals should provide the details of admissions to the nodal schools before 11 a.m. on July 23. The nodal schools should on their part upload the details before 5 p.m. the same day.
