TDP flays Ramachandraiah

HYDERABAD: Telugu Desam Party on Saturday lashed out at Rajya Sabha member C. Ramachandraiah who recently announced his resignation from the TDP, for heaping unfair criticism at a party that nurtured him.

At a press conference, official spokesperson P. Chandrasekhar wondered why the MP had not quit from Rajya Sabha when he could do so from the TDP. He remembered that as a Polit Bureau member earlier, he had opposed the re-nomination of Mr. Ramachandraiah to the Rajya Sabha.
