Kohli guides India to win

Melbourne: Delhi opener Virat Kohli cracked a patient unbeaten 120 to help India post a seven-wicket win over New Zealand in the Emerging Players Trophy at Brisbane.

The scores: New Zealand 248 for six (Guptill 112, Greg Hay 44) lost to India 251 for three (Kohli 120 not out, Tiwary 60 not out, Dhawan 55).

South Africa 234 (Hill three for 39) lost to Australian Institute of Sports 235 for eight (Hill 74 not out, Parnell three for 33). — PTI
